When you compare it with the official website of MEC Energy Nordic ApS Helle Kückelhahn Andersen- the difference is obvious – we are showing the actual state in the  pictures below – it is not a misleading advertisement! The same discrepancy can be observed when we analyse our co-operation with MEC Energy Nordic Helle Kückelhahn Andersen

Our experience in cooperation with MEC Energy Nordic Helle Kückelhahn Andersen, with its headquarters at Mullerødvej 17, DK-5683 Haarby - at that time, proves that:

-          It is yet another address of this company which in itself is not reprehensible, but in combination with the fact that the company does not keep their promises, makes you think! Danish Tax Office (Told Skat) would have more to say here, which is worth checking before you start the cooperation with this company!

-          The said company does not only disregard all the provisions of the agreement but also does not acknowledge the arrangements confirmed via e-mail. (representatives of the company deliberately choose to be absent in places and at the times previously arranged to fulfil the contract). When the co-operation is over the representatives of MEC Energy Nordic Helle Kückelhahn Andersen do not keep in touch: they do not respond to e-mails or answer the phone.

-          The company disregards the opinions and analysis of engineers and does not stay in line with the technical parameters and recommended modus operandi because, as they say, quote, ‘We are well insured.’ I am afraid that in this case no insurance company will acknowledge the claims, and we will willingly provide documents proving the truthfulness of above statement.

-          The said company disputes the European Union rules on VAT, which, in our opinion, disqualifies it as a reliable partner.

In January Lear 2009 the Embassy of Denmark in Poland undertook a try of
mediation aiming in solving the conflict. As an answer to it we have
presented the copies of all available documents as well as the actual
realistic state of the financial matters. To present a goodwill from our
side we have suspended the publication in internet of the photographical
visualization of the actual condition of the company MEC Energy Nordic at the end
of 2008, however we regarded stopping the publication of the facts which are
comprising our experiences with the company MEC Energy Nordic would be
showing a too far-reaching indulgence of the unfair practices of this company.

After the comparison of the information passed on from us and from the
company MEC Energy Nordic, the contact person from the Embassy stated a
sizeable difference in the matter of payment for the realization of the
contract. MEC Energy Nordic passed on an information to the Embassy, that it
has already paid the difference resulting in our financial settlement. It
stated that the missing amount was paid by cash! However until now MEC
Energy Nordic did not pass on any document proving this statement. We have to
strongly highlight that we have never received such a payment from company
MEC Energy Nordic! If MEC Energy Nordic will be using any kind of document confirming such
a payment, to our previous accuses according to this company an accuse of
falsifying the documents will add.

24 February 2009.  Unfortunately a gesture of good will from our side did not convince MEC Energy Nordic
to undertake a trial of solving the conflict and finish it definitely.
What is fully not understandable for us, it that MEC Energy Nordic used our service and is satisfied
with the level of our professionalism during the realization of it, but they do not pick up the invoice
for its realization sent by post, stating that it is a try to cheat them.
This behavior is amazing us – we can not understand it.

MEC Energy Nordic tries with all possible methods to „close our mouth”
– after the Embassy of Denmark in Poland, its the turn of Polish Embassy in Denmark.
Unfortunately „closing the mouth” is not a competence of embassies
– they can only undertake mediation in talks leading to explain the possible misunderstandings,
solving the conflict. This in turn, is not in the interest of MEC Energy Nordic,
because our arguments passed on to the Danish Embassy in Poland were left with no answer.
We are sad to come back to the full presentation of MEC Energy Nordic's image, but it is a clear signal
from our side that the tries to intimidate us are not bringing any result.
The only way to solve this situation is a fair financial clearing out, and for this we are ready
to start the talks immediately, with the presence of any independent mediator.
From our hitherto contacts it turns out that both Embassy of Poland as well as Embassy of Poland
are ready to mediate in this case, after the acceptance of both sides.
We have presented acceptance from our side by sending all the meaningful documents and correspondence.
MEC Energy Nordic is avoiding such a solution, what is giving evidence of their intentions.
